Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Omniva or any other chosen method with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
When placing an order, the buyer chooses one of the proposed methods of delivery and receipt of goods:
Delivery to OMNIVA parcel machines. Received within 1-3 business days after dispatching. Delivery costs from 3.63 EUR. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the parcel and the quantity of the ordered product. The exact amount of delivery is visible when placing an order.
Courier delivery. Received within 1-3 business days after dispatching. Shipping costs from 6.00 euros. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the parcel and the quantity of the ordered product. The exact amount of delivery is visible when placing an order.
The seller is not responsible and does not reimburse the buyer for possible losses in the event of a delay in the scheduled delivery of the goods. If the planned delivery time of the goods is delayed and the Buyer no longer wants to wait for the delivery of the goods, then the Buyer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the Agreement by notifying the Seller. In this case, the Buyer has no right to demand compensation from the Seller. The normal delivery time for the goods is considered to be a period not exceeding 30 calendar days, unless the Seller and the Buyer have separately agreed on other terms of delivery of the goods.
If the Buyer is not present at the delivery address indicated when purchasing the goods, then the Seller is not responsible for non-delivery or delay in receiving the goods. If the Buyer is not present at the specified place or address, or is not present at the time agreed for delivery, then in the event of non-delivery of the Goods, the money paid to the Buyer for the goods and delivery will not be refunded.
The buyer has the right to cancel and return his order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Before returning the product, the buyer must contact the seller by sending an application to email@example.com.
The buyer pays for the return of the goods himself, unless a non-conforming, defective item has been delivered.
