Dashmoola

DASHAMULA CHURNA is a classic Ayurvedic magic mixture of the roots of ten different plants. 5 - tree roots, 5 - shrub roots.
It is widely used in Ayurveda for diseases related to nerves, muscles, bones and joints. Diseases associated with the musculoskeletal system, including osteoarthritis, gouty arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis.
Soothes Vata dosha, normalizes Kapha dosha.

indications:
Osteoarthritis, Muscle spasms, Pain in the lower back, Rheumatoid arthritis, Bursitis, Fibromyalgia, Gout, Paralysis, Facial paralysis, Hemiplegia, Sciatica, Constipation, Gas or flatulence, Bloating, Difficulty urinating or reduced urine flow, Cough and bronchitis, Asthma, breathing problems, Atherosclerosis, General body pains, Fatigue with body pains.

take:
as a powder: ½ -1 teaspoon twice a day, after meals. Drink some warm water.
as a decoction: to prepare a decoction, take 30 grams of coarse Dashmool powder, add 480 ml of water and boil to get 60 ml of Dashmoola liquid. Strain the liquid and take it as directed.
